PATHETIC SERVICE!
Shocking service! Nobody replies to emails! I have been a client with them for over two years and some of my accounts have been handed over to attorneys because they failed to pay them which have added more costs. When I phone through (because nobody replies to emails) they tell me it will be escalated to customer service but nobody ever gets back to me. These people are so quick to take your money but have zero customer service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

06 Feb 2020, 10:29I STILL have not received any feedback! I am STILL waiting for Joel the "Manager" to call me back - it seems like he never has time to take calls. I am also still waiting for my statements so that I can pay my creditors in order to get away from Debt Rescue. This has got to be one of the worst companies in South Africa when it comes to client service. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM!

06 Feb 2020, 18:37Joel Chaka the "manager" finally cleared his hectic schedule and called me with the worst attitude I have ever experienced from a "client care consultant". When told that he should watch his attitude he responded that "he reserves the right to have an attitude". Mr. Chaka also proceeded to put the phone down on me. When I called back (10 minutes later and someone actually answered the phone) the receptionist said he was not in the office. This is the level of service and deplorable customer service I have come to expect from Debt Rescue. I have requested the recorded calls from Debt Rescue on multiple occasions but they my requests have been ignored.
