Pathetic Service

<p>Good day,</p> <p>Please can someone get back to me immediately.</p> <p>I have still not gotten any response from my request!</p> <p>As per my statement dated 2016-04-29 the ABSA vehicle Finance account's balance on the statement was R132,713.69, With a monthly payment of R3,063.96, 3months later on my latest statement the balance is R130,940.66</p> <p>Please explain your calculations to me! see below:</p> <p>R3,063.96 x 3 =R9,191.07 yet on your statement it only shows a difference of R1,773.03!!!</p> <p>I Want all my balances looked at and explained to ASAP!</p> <p>This is unacceptable! where has the remaining R7,418.07 GONE?????????</p> <p>If i picked this one up I'm sure everything I have received is wrong!</p> <p>Awaiting you response,</p> <p> </p>
