Pathetic service
I have had it with you guys, my loan account was supposed to be paid up as this was my last payment to be removed off debt review which firstly has not been done , secondly my vehicle finance account was terminated from debt review and was confirmed i have all the correspondence and termination letter from absa, the account is up to date and debt rescue has not asked for a payment for months on the vehicle finance account but all of a sudden its added back when im just about to be off debt review and 600 was paid to it. I feel like you guys do not want your customers to be financially free , theres no correspondence or information provided about any updates your service is pathetic i want this rectified immediately!
