Pathetic Follow up and Dismal customer Service

So my husband and I have been on debt review with debt rescue from 2015 and we pay around R5100 a month.

Our debt when we started was around 200 and something thousand, so when we calculated we said great debt review is only 5 years and with the amount we have paid ,we should be done by this year.

we try and get ahold of debt recue, who then tells us they are unsure of when it ends as debt review can be more than 5 years even if we have paid the debt we owed in the beginning.

So we decide we are not getting any answers over the phone only to drive all the way from Fourways to Kempton park to go into a branch so we can actually sort it out.

We get there and they tell us they do not have updated balances on our accounts from about 7 month back. We found this to be absolutely ridiculous as how are they keeping track of how much we owe without valid and up to date balances in their hands. Still at this point we are frustrated but polite and we ask to please get updated balances to us, Portia from the Kempton Park branch says it takes up to 10 working days and it would probably take less time than that. We give her our email addresses and she gladly takes it promising to update the emails and make sure we get all that we need. She sends and email ccing us to the creditors asking for updated balances. 12 working days later I send an email through asking where is our statements, we are told its been sent to our old mail address(but we were ccd on the new ones) it made no sense and every email after I have been ignored.

Why do I have to pay debt recue a fee every single month ??????if when I ask for simple balances I get nothing but lousy follow up and customer service???

why will I still be paying any money after 5 years when before my 5 year term is ended I would have well paid original debt owing???

your Service is absolutely damn pathetic!!!! you cannot explain anything to us clearly but charge exorbitant fees every single month.

We have made every effort possible to even reach out to you (even driving to a physical branch) and were made promises which have not been kept, we were asking for something absolutely simple which should be a routine task to you...Which possible company would send statements every month but not actual balances left owing in the account???

I NEED ANSWERS?????????
