Pathetic Company

It’s impossible this company is rated so high, they are pathetic unless certain clients are treated differently. They never respond to any enquiries, while trying to get out of Dept they’re actually making it even worse.. they were so quick to sign me in, now it’s a huge pain asking them for assistance on everything.. My Dept councillor never replies to my enquiries.. I pay-off small accounts, I inform them but no response and they end up overpaying accounts with my money.. now I get calls from creditors that certain accounts are not getting paid. For two weeks no one is able to assist after many calls and emails being sent to them. Pathetic
