Pathetic client service

After confirming that our debt review has been completed and paid up, more qccounts were outstanding that they did not pay up. Qlso never made provision for bank charges diring this time although I specifically requested for them to do so. Every now and then they will deduct the full premium for no reason although the debit order was canceled by them (after they "confirmed" all accounts have been paid up) No assistance on the matter whatsoever, only making promises and never get back to me.

They are quick to sign tou up but don't expect ANY after sales support.

Pathetic to say the least. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I am now stuck without answers or a solution to clear my name.
