Pathetic after service

In August I settled all my accounts. I sent you all the proof of payments. You guys debited my account after the accounts have been settled. Once again you are trying to debit my account for what? All the accounts are currently in credit. I am waiting for refunds for the 2 extra monthly payments collected as well as my other accounts that are in credit due to poor monitoring from your side. Also why is 3 of my accounts still showing as not settled on your side? And why does it take 2 months for my name to be cleared. There is no use I call your call center as no one knows what they are doing. Can I have urgent feedback!
