Pass the buck!
Have been communicating with Debt Rescue regarding a duplicate account on my statement. The reply was that I must contact IDPA to sort this out. As far as I know I am a client of Debt Rescue and not IDPA. But as I am unemployed I have a lot of time and will sort out my concerns with Debt Rescue till I am satisfied.
