Paid up but STILL listed on ITC

Under debt review from 2018, monthly deductions was made from my salary and paid over to my outstanding accounts. I received notification from Debt Rescue that all my debt was paid and received only SOME of the paid up letters. Until date I still struggle to get that from them as they deducted the payments and confirmed that they will get that as soon as the accounts was paid in ful.

All my enquiries gets answered by an automated email.

Will never suggest this company!
