Outstanding service from Lornah!
I want to give a massive thank you to Lornah, my Relationship Manager. She has been absolute light throughout my debt review process. She keeps me thoroughly informed every step of the way, explains everything so clearly, and handles my account with genuine care and prompt efficiency. Navigating debt review can feel overwhelming, but having someone as knowledgeable, helpful, and reassuring as Lornah makes all the difference. I couldn't ask for a better manager to guide me through!
