Outstanding and Great Service

I took a days leave to visit debt rescue kempton park to find out what is going on with my account as to all the businesses are contacting me and stating that I owe them outstanding amounts, so when I stepped in and asked to see a consultant, a manager and the boss all at the same time.

After 5 minutes this lady stepped out and said please don't fight with her she is her to help, her name is Memory. I asked for the latest printout and then we can discuss what is going on.

Memory went in collected the print out for me and she asked why am I so furious so I told her and she then showed me the print out and explained that every thing is up to date and I calmed down.

Memory asked for the telephone numbers for all the companies contacting me, in which I provided them, Memory said that she will be in contact with me after she has contacted these companies and sorted the problems out.

I left debt rescue kempton park and within 45 minutes Memory contacted me and sorted the companies out.

The next day only one company contacted me three times within 15 minutes, so I sent Memory a WhatsApp message. Memory contacted me 30 minutes later with everything sorted.

Memory is an amazing Woman who knows her job and she will not stop until her work has been completed and she is satisfied.
