not trust worthy in my opinion

i logged a complaint yesterday, still not happy. i just found out today that they give you and ESTIMATE outstanding balance, they do not even give you actual info, i tried to phone to speak to a manager today just to sort this **** out, but guess what i held on for 10:45 min and the phone got dropped on me, how is that for customer service? i received only one paid up letter from the 6 creditor i had to pay the last 4 years which 5 of them was already paid up from last year may to august.

you pay about R49-R90pm for admin fees per month for 5 years and still you have to fight to get your admin done, o but boy when you skip one payment they could care less you have to pay, but they don't deliver on their side. this is so horrible. never thought i would so much issues with them. they are very helpful when signing on but once signed on they do not care a bit. you wait for 4 years to clear your name just to fight at the end to get your name cleared, yes its not their fault i had to join, but still they promise to look after you, guest what just empty promises i guess, never will i ever trust them. or refer them to any one. you will have a hell of a time by the end of your contract, they probably will add another months of admin fee for the admin i had to do!
