Not paying over money to correct FNB account

I went under debt review with Debt Rescue in 2018. Since 2020 I have sent numerous e-mails regarding my FNB account being in arrears even though I paid every month, but it is till today not sorted out. Now my account is taken out of debt review due to non payment. FNB opened another account for the debt, but Debt Rescue never paid the money over unless I complaint. Now I am struggling with Debt Collected wanted full settlement due to me not honoring my court order (debt review). I have tried more times than I can remember to get Debt Rescue to sort this out, but they will just contact the attorneys and then nothing happen. Every time I must hear I must wait for the turnaround time. I am not sick and tired of this. Never was my account ONE day in arrears but now after going into debt review I have been handed over.
