Not paying debtors but still outstanding balances! No response when asking for info.
Stop paying debtors but still outstanding balances. Not checking balances with debtors before "assuming" that account is paid up. Now the debtors are contacting me and saying they are cancelling my debt review because I have defaulted on my obligations. This is not the first time they have done this. They are supposed to give us piece of mind but instead they are giving us more to worry about! Also no response when trying to get information from them. This is pathetic! They are very quick to help you when you are not a client yet, but when you are an existing client you are just a number! Poor service!
