Not paying all creditors

I have been paying monthly to Debt Rescue but they have not bothered to pay 1 of my creditors(that I know of). I have attempted to phone and email them with no response. They have not been helpful though this process so far as they have also said all creditors have accepted the monthly payment arrangements but after this I still get requests to increase the monthly payment amount. The service has been terrible.
