Not paying according to court order. Accounts are handed over to attorneys without knowledge

I have joined you about 3 years ago. I have placed myself under debt review, never had any attorney fees or bad debt. Since I have joined you I had 3 attorneys added to my debt statements as you have not paid my accounts correctly. I was not notified at all. According to me you need to work according to the court order. My accounts are not paid according to the court order. Most of my accounts are paid less than the interest charged. My balance outstanding decreased with R14 000 after I have already paid R347 479.00 in 31 months!!!!!. So only R451.00 goes to creditors monthly off the R11 209.00 that I pay monthly. It does not decrease due to your mistake for not paying my accounts correctly and now you are paying mostly attorney fees that was not part of the agreement. I have emailed and phoned many times with no luck. Every time I send an email I only get a response that says "query resolved, ticket closed" without anyone contacting me. When I phone I get placed on hold until the phone drops.
