Not helpfull to many cooks and no broth

I have been with Debt Rescue since October 2022, nothing concrete has been done. I am not legally covered as my case has not been finalised at court, yet i pay each month via debit order to Debt Rescue. In the meantime all my creditors are or want to summons me. It seems this companies ratings do not reflect the true scenario . Every time i speak to them or send an e-mail nothing concrete. I have paid R60,000 but once you are a client you are not helped further. I recently sent an e-mail ticket #158508 still waiting since 17-03-2023 for feedback.
