NOT HAPPY CLIENT!!!!

I am frustrated with the service I have been receiving from this company recently. I signed up with this company in 2019, hoping that the stress of creditors phoning me etc... would be taken away as I am now paying a service for them to deal with my creditors and to pay over my money as agreed every month. On inspection of my statements every month I would imagine my balances would be going down and not going up with huge amounts. I started last year asking my creditors for statements to see what is still owing and to my shock I see the balances on their statements and what was on Debt Rescue was not right. I asked Debt rescue to please rectify their system with the correct balances. That was last year!!!! When I phoned one of the creditors early this year, they told me my account was now in credit due to my account being paid up and more money was being paid into the account. Not impressed. So I then phoned another creditor just to be told I only owe R100 to close that account, but on Debt Rescue statement it says I still owe R2000. So I pay the R100 and advise Debt rescue not to pay that creditor and provided the balanced paid up letter, what do they do!!! PAY that creditor. I have now received notification my balances that I have asked to be corrected last year has now been updated but at today's date and not when the balances were obtained. SO THE PAYMENTS I HAVE MADE FROM THEN TIL NOW ARE NOT COMING OFF THOSE BALANCES!!!!!!. They also say I have 2 years left, but according to my records I have 1 year left. I AM VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS WHOLE PROCESS AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM NOR WILL I EVER GO THIS ROUTE AGAIN. I WILL RATHER TAKE THE STRESS OF CREDITORS AND SORT IT OUT MYSELF!!!! So Debt Rescue, you wanted my rating. HERE IT IS!!!!
