Not answering the phone!!!!!
My mother-in-law has been trying to get in touch with her Debt Rescue representative without any luck, there are quite a few queries on her account that needs addressing (i.e. money being assigned to FNB, even though FNB say the account has been paid up for ages).
Will be nice if someone can actually answer the phone so that these issues can be sorted out.
