Not adhering to there commitments

I have been with Debt Rescue since 2014. I was elated to know that 2020 will be my last year in debt. Ever since 2019, things have changed to the worst. I have been in contact with Debt Rescue from January 2020 for an account that was not paid. I have received phone calls from Macrobert Attorneys & Norton Lambrianos during my time with debt rescue and paying them an amount every month above payment to Debt Rescue. These accounts were handed over to the attorneys (above) as my account was not paid from Debt Rescue, and my review was terminated due to non-payment from Debt Rescue. I had to make arrangement to pay them directly to get this resolved, as debt rescue could NOT resolve the situation. I have forwarded Debt Rescue details of the threats and informed them of the calls that I am receiving. although I pay Debt Rescue a monthly premium, I do not feel that they deserve the adulation of being the best as they have not adhered to their commitments. All said, I phoned them in December 2020 to find out what my outstanding balances were. Replying saying that I am paid up. I have also enquired on the duration for completion until receiving all certificates of settlement etc.

I phoned Debt Rescue today 2021-04-14, just to find out that they have not worked on my account at all, thus I have to wait another ± 4 months for this process to be finalized as it would have been completed by now after 4 months.
