Non Payments leads to default accounts

Since January 2020, I have been receiving phone calls from two different attorneys. I am being harassed on a daily basis, I have been black listed, and today they are forwarding my details to be summons. Why is it that I am paying debt rescue every month a fee and nothing gets sorted? They setup agreements with the attorneys for an amount that should be paid, but I have to receive phone calls every day wanting their payment. They claim that they are the best in the country? There is no feedback from them explaining why payment have not been done, all they can say is, “on there side it showed that it was paid up” Due to all of this, I still paying the fees to debt rescue, and my full payment, I have to add more cost on to my tight budget to pay these accounts not to get harassed from these collectors. Is this NOT the reason one join debt rescue not to be harassed or be blacklisted or get summonsed? I don’t even think you deserve even 1 star.
