Non Existent customer service, cannot follow instructions

If possible do not make use of Debt Rescue, dealing with them while using their services is **********, you send them paid up letters in the middle of the month so that they have adequate time to instruct that creditors that are paid up do not get debited from your account. You have to basically call multiple times and eventually get told that they did not receive some of the documentation and all documentation was sent in the same e-mail. Sending queries via e-mail does not work, I've sent a complaint on the 1st of February 2022 and still have had no reply from them other than their auto response. Debt rescue also just do what they want, even after instructing them what should happen with the excess funds that are available after paying up 3 creditors. Now I see that they've have not paid 2 of my accounts which normally get paid by the 7th of each month, so hence why I am putting in a negative review at Hello Peter. My experience so far under debt review has been nothing but stressful and frustrating, hence why I am trying to pay off all my creditors as fast as possible so can I speed up not having to deal with Debt Rescue ever again.
