Non Existent client service

I was contacted directly by one of my debtors stating my account was paid up, and there is a credit, however Debt Rescue is not responding to their e-mail and they keep on making payments. Debt Rescue simply to not read e-mails, there is no auto response and you need to phone them to get any kind of so called service. I have phoned multiple times and this issue is not being resolved. They were quick to make sure they received their payments first, and now they simply do not do what they were paid for. As the client, I am expected to do their job for them. Their client service standard has dropped significantly since i became a client.
