Non existent administration of creditor balances

The administration of my accounts is a shambles. Process should be finished this month as per proposal structure and IPDA statement, however FNB state I still owe 146k. Paid up letters for some accounts not received Over payments to some creditors Some account payments not made as per schedule Emails go unanswered Tickets get closed without a response. Phone calls get cut off Absolutely stuck with no resolution or ownership from debt rescue in site
