No transparency, bad service: DebtRescue and iPDA

Between Debt Rescue and iPDA - the distributor of payment to Creditors - they cannot provide me with a breakdown of a payment indicated on a statement.

iPDA stopped creditor payments in March and only use money from 2x creditors where accounts were closed - to pay 2x other creditors. The money collected from my bank account was not used to do the monthly payment distribution for March 2021.

The money from the payment distributions that were stopped - because they have never kept creditor balances updated - are now indicated as a "successful distribution" of the "overpayment recoveries" . There were never overpayments to the amount of R9075.46. It was just creditor payments that were stopped (I have the statement which indicates that).

When I request a breakdown of this "payment" - I'm only referred back to the statement.

Neither DebtRescue or iPDA has responded to this request for more detail / a breakdown of payments, despite multiple requests to provide a breakdown of the "overpayment recoveries" that iPDA and Debt Rescue has now indicated as a successful payment distribution.
