no service

I can not get hold of any body at the debt rescue office. they do not answer the phone. I paid off / settled all my outstanding accounts and have been waiting for my clearance certificate for almost 2 months now. The excuse in the beginning was that they did not received all the paid-up letters which I personally requested from every creditor and send it to them. (I thought that was there job to do that) Is that not what I am paying them for. They also stated that it would be faster if I got the paid-up letters myself. So that is what I did. they also stated that they did not get any feedback from ABSA although ABSA send me proof that the paid-up letter was send more that a month before that. Today again they say that they did not receive a paid-up letter from Dr. la ****. I personally send it directly to *** and I cc. *** on 3/8/2022.

What should I do to get any service from debt rescue ??
