Despite my persistent efforts, I have been unsuccessful in terminating my involvement with Debt Rescue. Despite sending numerous emails, not a single consultant assigned to my account has bothered to respond. It has been a frustrating and disappointing experience as I have been trying for the past four months without any resolution. In all my years of dealing with various services, this is by far the most poor and unsatisfactory customer service I have ever encountered.
