No service and no response and no help

Accounts not being paid and being in dispute over a year now. We are under Debt Rescue since 2011 and still struggle to get accounts settled. Calls were made and mails where send numerous times and still no answers. Banks issue new credit cards on accounts under debt review and amount of R3000 something suddenly became R17000 and handed over to Attorneys. According to us and statements from Debt Rescue all accounts where paid up in June 2018.
