NO service and NO internal communication

I AM PLACING THIS ON HELLO PETER BECAUSE PHONING & E-MAILING DEBT RESCUE HAS BEEN A WASTE OF MY TIME FOR 3 MONTHS:

In December 2017 I paid off all my accounts except 1 ( FNB - because FNB ignored me ) I sent all the POP's + paid up letters to Debt Rescue - atleast 8 times I've done this because apparently " the e-mails were never received ". Although every time I phoned Debt Review, they always confirmed that the e-mail address that I am using is correct.

In between I received various e-mails and warnings from various people at Debt Rescue, advising me that I am not paying etc. etc. I have rep**** to all of those e-mails. No one bothered to come back to me but finally on 11.12.2017 Sibusiso rep**** with the following " Good day , Please be advised that given the fact that you are in the process of settling all your debts, we will change your method of payment from Debit order to cash, in order for the debit order to stop running from your account "

After this e-mail I phoned Debt Rescue who advised that they will first have to check if they received all the paid up letters, remove them from the statement and then I can make cash payments. I was advised to PHONE BACK AFTER A WEEK .. this happened 4 times already.

Finally when I phoned back after the forth time, the lady told me I must send her an email, confirming that they should deduct R 4 000 over the next 3 months for the Debt Review charges and to finalise FNB. I have done this while she was on the phone with me.

Month-end has come & gone - Debt Rescue did not deduct the R 4 000.00

Today I get another email stating:

Marlize - Debt Rescue ********** 08:11 (15 minutes ago) to me

Dear Sir / Madam,

RE : FINAL LETTER: SUSPENSION OF DEBT REVIEW PROCESS BY THE DEBT COUNSELLOR

The above matter refers.

This is a follow up to our previous email advising on our intention to proceed with suspension of your debt review due to non-payment. We have given you the opportunity to provide us with proof of payment or contact us for payment arrangement to bring your payments up to date.

Unfortunately the Debt Counsellor has no option but to proceed with the suspension of your debt review due to non-co-operation / or non-payment. You will be exposed to the risk of termination by credit providers, will not be eligible to apply for further credit agreements, your records will still reflect that you are under debt review. The Debt Counsellor has no statutory powers to take consumer off debt review but will only suspend its services

The Debt Counsellor will proceed to issue a suspension of service document (known as Form 17.W) to all your credit providers. In the event of proceeding with your suspension and in case were you have any outstanding debt counselling fees stipulated within the NCR Fee Guideline, you will be contacted with details to make the payment

IT IS CLEAR TO ME THAT DEBT RESCUE'S INTERNAL COMMUNICATION IS A TOTAL FAILURE AND I'M NOT EVEN TALKING ABOUT THE SERVICE.

SORT MY PROBLEM OUT OR IM GOING TO THE OMBUDSMAN - IVE HAD IT WITH DEBT RESCUE.
