No response on refund.

In the beginning of December I had called all my debtors to pay off and close all my accounts. The one debtor had informed me that my account was already paid up and closed at the beginning of November, yet Debt Rescue had taken off another payment for them the end of November. I have been trying since then to get my money back from Debt Rescue. And when ever I do by chance get a response it just says they have followed up with the creditor. I have sent a few emails to the complaints department and still no response. They are very quick to make sure they get your money, but yet when it comes to you being refunded, that is now a different story. Thank goodness I am now finished with them, and I will not be recommending them to anyone.
