No response no calls no nothing

Been on debt rescue a while now everything went fine until they stopped paying a account now I’ve been handed over and fighting with attorneys due to them not taking calls or responding to mails

I’m still busy with this battle and have no idea what to do next my debt counsellor doesn’t take calls ever and never calls back

They quick to send mails and messages when they don’t get their money even if it has been paid 3 days prior

Quick to trying to get new customers but don’t give a damn about existing customers

And they don’t give reference number to calling customers so no way to follow up
