No response and rediculous service
We recently started the process of debt review. In the beginning the service was fantastic but now a few days before the payment date we are just getting no response or feedback. We have creditors phoning asking for payments from us and state they have had no contact in regards debt review. This is rediculous service. We have tried calling and requested a call back several times, and still no response.
