no response

In the past 3 weeks i requested my outstanding balance 3 times. and now one ever gets back to you. they just forward your query to enquiries and there it stops. You don't get any response from them, but o buddy if they decide you can pay more than the original agreement they do not hesitate to take the extra money as they think you can afford it. Your opinion does not matter they decide to take more than agreed. you are not allowed to even request an outstanding balance they just do not get back to you. This is so unprofessional. I will not recommend debt rescue to any one.
