I have been asking to be removed from debt review since 2016. Until now my credit score is 0 because on my profile it still shows I am under debt review. Even this morning I contacted them via their WhatsApp assistance- my messages was read but not 1 reply. I guess if I told them I want to apply for debt review I would have had a response immediately. What can I do to get my name removed from debt review if they don’t want to help?
