No Response

We have been instructed to always use the Enquiries email when we need to get in contact - but one NEVER gets a response.

After a year, I've been notified that one of my accounts are in arrears - I need to know HOW this can happen? They are sending court documents and the attornies are driving me crazy - I can't afford for the account to be excluded - but they demand it because Debt Rescue are not paying them (according to them) and my account is falling behind - all the while I'm paying debt rescue every month to handle my accounts.
