NO REPLY OR ANSWERS TO ANY EMAILS OR QUERIES

I have written a previous review on 17.06.2021 and then on Friday 18.06.2021 got an email from them stating my Saampro query was send to the relevant department for feedback. Till today I am still waiting for an answer or reply nothing. I also emailed the clearance department on 17.06.2021 to ask how far my clearance process is and also until today no reply. They just ignore the emails I send and this is unacceptable and rude. It seems like if you do not pay them anymore they do nothing for you but they were quick to flag that you are under debt review but now that they have to help you clear your name and de-flag you it takes for ever. I settled all my debt on 23.04.2021 got the paid up letters and they only started the clearance process on 18.05.2021 but until now no feedback nothing it is so unprofessional of them that no one cares to reply to any email send.

Just a big Thank You for Claudette from the Clearance Department that informed me via email of my Clearance Process and she explained everything to me and now I know what to expect. THANK YOU CLAUDETTE which the other departments can also assist me so quickly as you did with my Saampro Query which is going on for nearly two months now and has been escalated but no one comes back to me but THANK YOU CLAUDETTE FOR YOUR EXCELLENCT SERVICE IT IS MUCH APPRECIATED
