NO HELP, WHY DO THEY CLAIM TO HAVE YOUR BEST INTERESTS AT HEART WHEN THEY DO NOT CARE?

I have been paying Debt Review since August 2019 - had issues with Wesbank stating the account had arrears of over R7000.00 that needed to be paid and once this was done the Debt Review would not be contested. The money was paid, Debt Review is still not allowed and I am again being threatened with legal action. What does a person need to do to get cover? The people I dealt with **** and I am still left with the fear of losing my car and AGAIN having to find funds that I DO NOT HAVE, WHY THE HELL ELSE DOES A PERSON GET PUSHED TO THE POINT TO GO UNDER DEBT REVIEW?!?!?!?! Debt Rescue offer no aid, why am I paying? In fact, I was told to decide whether or not to exclude the car from the debt review process - THE CAR WAS MY MAIN CONCERN, I CANNOT LOSE MY CAR!!!

Below is my response to the newest threat from Wesbank

Please provide me with a letter, stating to the cent what needs to be paid, as I have already gone through this song and dance with Wesbank in September 2019. I was told to pay over R7000.00 at which time the Debt Review would then be allowed to proceed and all will be in order. AND YET, here we are yet again. I paid the amount and WESBANK is still not permitting the Debt Review and subsequent payment. This is the second time that WESBANK is doing this to me.

SO, I need surety.

I need in writing the exact amount that needs to be paid to SETTLE this circus, not an e-mail or a phone call, a signed, notarized letter stipulating the exact amount and clearly stating that once settled the debt review on the car account will not be disputed, so that IF/WHEN this is done to me AGAIN, as I have no doubt it will since no one really seems to care about client service or suffering, I have a legal leg to stand on.

I would appreciate this notarized and recognized by attorneys if I would have need to bring it to their attention - I have a right to protect myself, especially considering I am in this alone, despite what Debt Rescue claim to stand for.

As you have set a time limit in your threats regarding legal action, I would appreciate this letter TODAY, so that I can make arrangements on Monday.
