No help from debt Rescue for a clearance certificate
I have paid up my debt review over a year ago and still waiting for my clearance certificate. I have phoned them a few times now and hold on for almost 15 minutes, before someone can properly assist me, the phone gets cut off. I have sent numerous emails and still no reply. I am so tired. I need the clearance certificate as soon as possible! Their after services are really bad. I can expect this kind of service from a government institution but a public company?
