NO HELP FROM DEBT RESCUE AT ALL AFTER WEEKS OF EMAILING

I have been emailing Debt Rescue complaints department and client support and enquiries and even the CEO of Debt Rescue but do not get any feedback regarding a prescribed debt from Saampro which was included in my payment plan by Debt Rescue when we went under Debt Review which I did not include on my application. This is so unprofessional of them not to give me constructive feedback or acknowledging that they made a mistake or to inform me that I am wrong. What more must I do just to get this problem resolved once and for all please Debt Rescue can someone please take this query of mine and tell me what is going to happen. Am I right or am I wrong and is there some sort of compensation for me on this or not. Please just give me an answer and help me please. Have been emailing for weeks on end now and no reply or solution. Phumzile phoned me once during this time telling me that she phoned Saampro to refund me all the monies paid but Saampro requested prescribed letter and where must I as the customer get that because Saampro and Debt Rescue should have known the debt is 15 years old when we went under Debt Review and if the law states after 3 years it is prescribed why should I have paid all that money so want it back now and no one seems to care to help me.
