No feedback probably means they're doing NOTHING
I've been with Debt Rescue for 2 & a half years now. My husband was retrenched earlier this year. We religiously paid our debt review monthly with his severance pay. He was struggling to find work & we could not pay our monthly debit order for end of May & June. We completed the 17.3 for with proof of the retrenchment letter & asked for 2 months grace, this was approved by Debt Rescue & as per their email, submitted to ALL creditors. I also settled 2 accounts to free up additional monthly funds to be redistributed to our other creditors. A new payment plan was drawn up & our regular debit order went off end of July & end of August. One of our creditors have now, 2 months after our payments were reinstated, one of our creditors have now terminated our debt review & Debt Rescue is supplying NO HELP AT ALL. I have sent 4 emails thus far, no response. I have called 3 times, but speak to a different consultant every time. I then have to explain EVERYTHING from the beginning & then receive conflicting answers as to what I have to do. In the meantime, 3 different lawyers representing this creditor is calling, emailing & smsing us NON STOP & Debt Rescue is either not assisting us, or just refusing to provide us with an update or feedback.
