NO FEEDBACK ON NUMEROUS REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION
Hi,
I have been emailing every day for 2 weeks now trying to get information out from you guys, why are you not responding to my emails and or at least acknowledging it?
But yet every month I’m expected to pay ‘after care’ fees when in reality I’m GETTING ZERO to NO Assistance from your team!
Quick to take my money and get me listed but when I want out you drag your feet !
If I don’t get the information I require and have been asking for I WILL BE GOING TO THE NCR AND LODGING A COMPLAINT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
