I have been trying to get hold of ANYONE at DR since last week.

Emails go unanswered, the telephone number provided to me goes through to FNB and the one on the website simply states their business hours and drops.

Never mind. I see they are closed until 02/01/2018. Would have been nice if their website or answering service had some kind of notice to this effect.

Please note that there was NO auto reply to the emails I sent. If there was an auto reply, I would not have written this review. I went back on my old emails from Debt Rescue and saw on the email sent to me on 15/11/2017 regarding the December Debit order Notification that your offices will be closed from 23 December 2017 until 1 January 2018. I have since called your offices on 02/01/2018 and have been assisted.
