NO ENAIL RESPONSES RECEIVED.
Customer service via email is literally non existent. I have emailed information but do not even get a no response email from their back office team or anyone who can assist. I even include names of consultants and their email addresses but get no response whatsoever. Customer service and valuing customer bases are extremely important and to maintain good relations with your customers. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE CALL ME TO ASSIST AS I DO NOT KNOW IF MY EMAILS ARE EECEIVED OR NOT
