No Debt Rescue

Good Day

I have been going back and forth now for 3 weeks to get a statement from Debt Rescue. In the same email I am asking for assistance on how I can pay more towards my debt when I have extra money. The answer I get “Kindly note that should you wish to make extra payments on your account you request to increase your monthly installment or you may make direct payment to the creditors . This will help you to settle your accounts sooner.”

I know that hence I want to make extra payments.

Like I said 3 weeks later, multiple complaints lodged on the website, multiple emails sent, and I am still in the dark???
