No customer services

They never reply back to any queries, not even the complaints department. I even got lawyers involved, they aren't even bothered to reply back to the lawyers. Now the NCR themselves are involved, hopefully we'll get something out of Debt Rescue now. The money they supposedly paid to your creditors never reflect correctly on their Portal. My credit card is still racking up fees, after 3 years with Debt Rescue my credit card balance is basically still the same. I had more clarity over my finances than I do now after joining them. Unfortunately I'm still stuck with them as a court order has already been granted and can't transfer to another debt counselling company.
