No customer service , none whatsoever

<p>I started with debt rescue end July 2016. I noticed in January 2017 that my debt was not decreasing. I then approached one of the consultants Arnel who assisted me with the application, I asked her to explain to me why my debt was not decreasing, her response did not make any sense, She therefore advised that she will ask for an updated balances from the creditors. This was the 30th of January 2017. I waited for 1 month 14 days for this update still there was nothing. I emailed her again on the 14th "asking" her to refer my query to someone who can assist, since she could not help me. I'm still waiting for a reply or a call from debt rescue till today. I will not call you, because throughout my application I've never called you and you were so quick with that and deducting money from my account.</p> <p>Please also explain why I should continue with you guys and yet I'm not getting any customer service from you. </p>
