No customer service from Debt Rescue and Standard Bank

After more than a year myself as the client, I am still very disappointed in Debt Rescue! Telling me the reason why SBSA was not paid was because they allocated the funds to another creditor. After I was handed over by SBSA harrasing me with lawyers....... Received the paid up letter and closure for SBSA. AND NOW I must yet again wait. Waiting for my clearance certificate and hopefully be cleared on the ITC NTC Record for no payments. Which will even be more prolonged!!!! Not acceptable!!!! Yes I am busy with filling out an complain for both parties at the National Credit Regular because my rights were violated and I was the victim
