No communication or feedback
It would be great if someone would respond to our questions and enquiries. Debt rescue is quick to take your money but slow to deliver on their promises, creating futher financial stress and anxiety. You can also not find the name and information of a person who takes responsibility for complaints and get passed from one person to the next. VERY UNHAPPY!!!!!!!!

28 Jul 2023, 08:38Thank you for responding, yet the promises made by your consultant who spoke to my husband yesterday after numerous emails, have yet again failed to come back to us. Promises that you OBVIOUSLY CANNOT DELIVER ON. WILL NOT RECOMMEND THE USE OF THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE VERY WILLING TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT NOT DELIVER A SERVICE...WHAT ELSE CAN I DO TO RESOLVE THIS MATTER???? WE ARE STILL WAITING MORE THAN ONE MONTH FOR CLARITY AND DOCUMENTATION...RIDICULOUS!
