NO Co-operation but they cant help

The 17.W received from Debt rescue states I did not want to co-operate, but they were of no assistance. This reason on these 17.W forms is incorrect, I have co-operated with you guys from the beginning and have not received any support from you. I have now forwarded all my communication to you, as well as all my hello peter complaints to the NCR as proof that I was willing to co-operate, but you have not returned my emails , and now on my 17.W - the reason for the cancellation - you have stated thats it due to non co-operation from my side. I have also informed the ombusdman that I was sent a different individuals forms, showing me all that clients details. Which is in breach of the confidentiality agreement.

I have withdrawn from Debt Review due to no help from you, not because I have no co-operated.
