No Clearance letter or feedback
I have emailed all my settlement letters in order to clear my name. No acknowledgement of email and client service promised to escalate but still no feedback. I have not been a client for over a year and I have settled all my debt with no help from Debt Rescue. Please advise how long you intend to take after before I can have a clearance certificate?

23 Jun 2021, 16:05No clearance has been received, you called me twice advising the clearance email address does no work, I then sent my letters to the complaints as requested but yet to receive any feedback. Please don't say matters are resolved to make yourself look good when infarct you have done nothing.
